Join us for a special evening of delicious culinary delights with our friend Chef Phil Cameron. He expertly weaves his gastronomical knowledge and pairs it with our award winning beer for a night you won’t forget.
About Chef Phil Cameron
Chef Phil is born and raised in the Ottawa area where he graduated at the French College, La Cité in Culinary Management.
He recently got back from Dubai where he represented Canada in the kitchen as the sous chef at the Canadian pavilion at the 2020 World Expo.
Before adventuring to Dubai, Phil was the Chef at the German Embassy, and was a past team member of Culinary Team Canada.
Chef Phil continues to do community work as the President of the Ottawa Culinary Federation and is actively working on his culinary catering company Chef Phil Cameron – a fine dining experience in the comfort of your home. He has also cooked internationally in Berlin and Barcelona and continues to study his passion for food around the world.

Seating is limited to 20 people. $100 per person (includes tax and gratuities).
