Sound Healing Yoga at the Beach

Join Rebecca and Justine in an hour of yoga accompanied by sweet sound healing music, followed by a 30 minute savasana sound bath.

We will be meeting at the far end of the grassy area on the west side of the beach behind the community centre. Look for us at the far point where the small rocky beach is (not the main beach) – near the big rocks you can walk out on.

Payment is by voluntary donation, $20 suggested
A donation basket will be out for a cash offering if you prefer.
Dress warm (it tends to be windy and chilly at the beach), bring your mat, a blanket, your water bottle, and a smile and join us! Blessings and light!
