This New Moon encourages you to set intentions for the new year\, align with what gives your life meaning\, and seek expansion in your goals. Its all about fresh starts\, big-picture thinking\, and a desire for personal truth. Let us take this time to set intentions to move through the final days of the year with clarity!\nWe will also dive into a few somatic movements to help connect with the heart beat which will help to unleash some tension and in turn\, maybe even some traumas held in the body. We all hold something\, how to let it go is sometimes the hardest hurdle to overcome. Lets connect with that inner child and let them play!\nWe will move\, dance\, express. Then drop into the breath.
