Hop into Spring is best suited for families with children ages 3 to 8\, but younger and older siblings are welcome to join.\nSpecial guests: The Zoo Crew\, Ottawa Fire Services and Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society – Ottawa Valley Chapter.\nRegistration includes admission for up to six people. Children under two are not counted toward the group total. At least one adult (18+) must be present to accompany children.\nApril 4 from 9 am to 3 pm (final entry by 2 pm).Cost: $23.63 per group\, plus tax. Visually amazing and praised for its cutting-edge blend of puppetry\, technology\, and dance by audiences all over the world. \nIn this original storyline\, a famous scientist with magic powers brings a friendly dinosaur to life. When the dinosaur wanders away from home\, he discovers a wonderful world full of creatures that light up the darkness and help him find the true meaning of love. \nFormerly known as Darwin the Dinosaur\, the show was the recipient of the prestigious Jim Henson Foundation Grant and its first feature-length theatrical production was created and performed by creators Ian Carney and Corbin Popp. \n\nFree Preshow activity\nStorytime and craft\nThe Ottawa Public Library and Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe have teamed up for some preshow fun! \nJoin us on Saturday\, April 11 in the ATRIUM and in ROOM 1B (right beside the library) for a story and a fun craft activity. \nAlso make sure to check out OPL’s display featuring books and booklists! \nYou have two chances to catch this activity fun with the first starting at 12:45 pm before the 1:30 pm performance and the second at 3:45 pm before the 4:45 pm performance. \nSee you there!
