DESCRIPTION:Contestants Rules• Chili Must be ready for 2pm.• Contestants must have their station set up by 1:30pm at the latest• 5L of Chili must be prepared• Contestants supply own crockpot or heating source (no open flame other than sternos)• Decorating your table is encouraged!• 4oz bowls and spoons will be provided• Your Chili will be judged on a criteria for smell\, texture/presentation\, colour\, flavour\, and after-burn.• Your final score will be determined by the score card totals.• Customers pay $5 to sample all the chiliThe day of the competition the proceeds will go to the 1st place finisher
