Film – Out Standing

A special presentation of Out Standing, a film based on Sandra Perron’s bestselling memoir as Canada’s first female infantry officer.
The military drama is based on the memoir Out Standing In The Field by Sandra Perron. It is adapted for the screen by Melanie Charbonneau and Martine Pagé.
Charbonneau and her crew filmed Out Standing on location in Montreal and Hamilton throughout April and May 2024.
Out Standing is being produced with the participation of Telefilm Canada, SODEC, Ontario Creates, the Canada Media Fund, Crave and CBC Films. It will be distributed by Sphere Films in Canada.
All proceeds from this event will go to The Pepper Pod Retreat Centre for Women Veterans.
