Britannia Village Community Arts Crawl

The Britannia Village Community Arts Crawl will take place Saturday, June 6, from 11:00am-4:00pm.
The Britannia Village Community Arts Crawl will be a unique and special event this year. In parallel with Ottawa’s celebration of the 200th anniversary of the start of Bytown (Ottawa), we will be adding actors in period clothing, interactively playing historical characters from the history of Britannia. They will be stationed at some of the many heritage houses in Britannia, highlighting the beautiful art of architecture the Village features. Kichi Sibi Ancient Trails and an Indigenous performer will represent that much older, Indigenous history of the region – including Britannia being a convergence of 5 Indigenous trails! We are very proud and excited to host these performers, and – as always – all the wonderful artists and musicians! We are thrilled to invite the people of Ottawa to attend!
Our theme this year is Celebrate Britannia – and Bytown’s 200th!
