AHOY SHIPMATES! The Bytown Sea Shanty Collective is back!! Our next Sing a Sea Shanty Night is Saturday, September 19 at BTP — and it is a BIG one.
We’re beyond thrilled to be joined by the New England sea shanty kings, My Druthers!
My Druthers bring a raucous mix of Irish rebel songs, punk rock, and sea shanties. They’ve taken their rowdy, high-energy shows everywhere from the US and Canada to England, France, Norway, Scotland and beyond — and now we are so lucky they’re coming to Ottawa.
As always, our Sea Shanty Night is FREE, with no tickets and no experience necessary. Just show up, grab a drink, and join hundreds of other people in making a whole lot of beautiful noise.
