Stud Country: Queer Linedancing
April 21 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We’re so excited to be back at Overflow after an incredible, sold-out night in March

You showed up, filled the dance floor, and brought the energy and we’re ready to do it all over again!
Get ready to stomp, spin, and sweat it out
This is a high-energy queer line dancing night you won’t want to miss.
This is half dance lesson, half country dance party, and 100% good vibes

Boots stomping, hips shaking, and a dance floor full of joy

With 17+ years of experience, Jason knows how to get everyone moving from jive and swing to two-step and west coast swing.
A familiar face in Ottawa’s queer community
, he brings energy, inclusivity, and a whole lot of
to every class.
A familiar face in Ottawa’s queer community
• A fun, beginner-friendly lesson that is open to all levels
• An open dance floor to practice and let loose
• A welcoming, inclusive space for all
This space is for everyone from first-timers to experienced dancers. There’s lots of excitement and demand, so the goal isn’t to learn everything perfectly or keep up with others. It’s to go at your own pace and enjoy the process.
Some folks may want to move a bit faster, others slower and that’s totally okay. Take what you can, have fun, and come back each month to build on it
Come to dance, hang with friends
, or just soak in the vibes
Everyone is welcome!
• Dance lesson is optional so jump in whenever you’re ready
• We’re committed to creating a fun, safer, and inclusive space for all
• Questions or feedback Reach out anytime at queering613@gmail.com
Jason Bett for sharing his incredible talent and energy
We also acknowledge that this event takes place on unceded Algonquin Territory, land that was never surrendered.
